These fun Christmas cookies are definitely going to be Santa’s favourite cookies! Made using our award winning Dromona butter making them extra soft and chewy.

Ingredients
150g plain flour
125g Dromona butter
100g golden caster sugar
75g light brown sugar
75g rolled oats
75g mixed dried fruit
50g walnuts chopped
150g white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp salt
1 egg
Made for sharing:
This recipe makes 24 cookies.
How It’s Done:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and oats. Then fold in the dried fruit, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until creamy, then beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients together.
Roll a tablespoon at a time of the dough into balls in your hands then place on the baking sheet, then squash down with a fork.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, they will still be soft but lightly golden. Leave to cool for 5 minutes then remove to a wire rack to cool fully.
