You will need a slow cooker.
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dromona Butter
700g steak pieces
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
200ml beef stock
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tomato purée
1/2 tsp paprika
4 whole carrots, unpeeled & roughly sliced
4 potatoes, quartered
2 sprigs thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
