8×8 inch square baking tin

Preheat the oven to 170°C

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 oreos
  • 150g Dromona butter

How It’s Done:

  1. Melt the butter, sugar and cocoa powder slowly for 30 second blasts in the microwave until melted.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix well. Fold in the flour until fully combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the baking tin lined with parchment paper or foil, and spread out evenly.
  4. Place 16 Oreos evenly over the batter, and top with the remaining batter.
  5. Top with the chopped oreos
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a cocktail stick comes out clean.
