1 tsp olive oil
30g Dromona butter
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tins plum tomatoes
200ml vegetable stock
150ml double cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Salt & Pepper
Soda bread croutons
3 soda bread, halved
100g Dromona Mature Cheddar, grated
