You will need a bowl and a large skillet or pan.
Ingredients
350g pork mince
350g beef mince
1½ cumin
1½ coriander
1½ smoked paprika
1 large onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp tomato purée
2 × 400g cans chopped tomatoes
2 tsp sugar
1 stock pot/cube
100g Dromona cheddar cheese, grated
1 garlic baguette

How It’s Done:
Combine the mince with all the spices and garlic in a bowl with some salt & pepper, and mix. Take walnut-sized pieces of the mixture and roll into balls
Heat the oil in a large skillet or pan and add the meatballs on a medium heat to brown.
Add the onions and cooking for 5/6 minutes until soft, then add the tomato purée, chopped tomatoes, sugar then Season with S&P.
Slice the garlic bread and place on top of the meatballs, sprinkle the cheddar on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 until golden and crisp.
