You’ll need a bowl and a deep frying pan
For the meatballs:
500g beef mince
1 onion, grated & liquid squeezed out
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
50g breadcrumbs
1 egg yolk
salt & pepper
for the sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 tsp mild chilli powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic granules
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato purée
200ml beef stock
150g Dromona Mature Cheddar
