30g Dromona Butter

1 onion, sliced

2 garlic cloves, crushed

Zest and juice 2 lemons

50g nduja, crumbled

Bunch fresh coriander, chopped

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

50g crumbed wheaten bread

400g fresh linguine
