You will need a small pan, a large plate and a frying pan
Unsliced brioche or white bread, 3 slices cut into 3cm wide slices
1 egg
150ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch ground cinnamon & ginger
Dromona Butter for frying
For the sugar coating:
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
For the festive dipping sauce:
40g Dromona butter
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp golden or maple syrup
And/or Melted Biscoff spread (about 1 tbsp)
