You will need a whisk a mixing bowl and two greased cake tins
Preheat the oven to 180°C
2/3 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggs
1 cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp Dromona butter
Pinch of salt
1 tub salted caramel frosting
