Preheat your oven to 160°C

You will need a skillet and a mixing bowl.

 

275 g Plain Flour

1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1 tbsp Cornflour

115g Dromona Butter

55 g Sugar

135 g Light Brown Sugar

1 medium Egg

1 tsp Vanilla

250 g Chocolate Chips

200 g Caramel (shop bought or homemade)
