Ingredients

  • 200g Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 packet Bacon Lardons
  • 100g Dromona Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dollop Garlic puree

The perfect vegetable to have on the table for Christmas Day!

How It’s Done:

  1. Add Brussel sprouts into water and bring to boil to soften.
  2. Add bacon to the pan and let simmer.
  3. Melt 100g of Dromona butter add salt/pepper and a dollop of garlic puree.
  4. Add all to a bowl and toss until everything is covered.
  5. Add to air fryer for 20mins at 200c.
  6. Until all are golden brown.
  7. Serve into a bowl.
