You will need a saucepan.
100g Dromona Butter
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 zest of lemon
4 garlic cloves, crushed
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp chilli flakes
½ lemon juice
Small bunch of chives, chopped
Small bunch of thyme, leaves only
