You will need a bowl and a large skillet or pan.

 

350g pork mince

350g beef mince

1½ cumin

1½ coriander

1½ smoked paprika

1 large onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tbsp tomato purée

2 × 400g cans chopped tomatoes

2 tsp sugar

1 stock pot/cube

100g Dromona cheddar cheese, grated

1 garlic baguette
