1 pack lean diced smoked bacon
2 leeks, washed & sliced
1 punnet of mushrooms, sliced
1 chicken stock cube, dissolved in 150ml pasta water
1 tsp onion granules
2 tsp dried chives
125ml double cream
60g Dromona 30% Less Fat Cheese
