1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried)

100g Dromona Mature Cheddar, finely grated
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (or stuffing)
2 tablespoons double cream
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley or chives
